In my 12 years of experience in the corporate world, I’ve witnessed miscommunications that should not have happened only if we were to become wise conversationalists.

While I reflect on the consequences of these work-related misunderstandings, the pieces of evidence eventually resurfaced in many cases. Social gatherings, church organizations, non-profits, support groups, online communities, music bands, sports enthusiasts, academic institutions, digital & print media, and so much more are prone to such verbal and non-verbal offenses.

Who is the culprit, and what is missing?

The secret lies in the way we deliver our messages in different manners. I noticed that our society has developed a “twisted tongue” over the years.
